Reflect is a small operation. If something isn’t working, or you’re not sure how to do something, write us. We answer within a couple of days.

Trent reads every email himself. There’s no ticket system, no chatbot in front of him. Just a person who built the tool and wants to know when it’s not serving you.

Include your account email if you have one, and a description of what’s happening. Screenshots help when something on the page looks wrong.

Common questions

How do I cancel?

Go to /billing and cancel in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

I didn’t get my morning reflection.

Check your spam folder first. Add reflect@forgedagents.io to your contacts so future mornings land in your inbox. If the reflection still isn’t there, email us with the date and we’ll look into it.

I want to delete my account.

Go to /privacy while signed in. There’s a delete-account button at the bottom of the page. Your data is held for 7 days in case you change your mind, then permanently removed.

How do I change my email?

Email us at reflect@forgedagents.io from the address on your account and tell us what you’d like to change it to. We’ll update it manually and confirm when it’s done.

How does the trial work?

You get 7 days free. Your card is on file but not charged during the trial. If Reflect isn’t the right fit, cancel before day 8 and you won’t be charged. After day 7, the subscription is $6.99 a month and renews monthly.
