How Reflect works

Each morning, Reflect writes a reflection just for you. To do that, it uses Anthropic's Claude — an AI assistant — drawing on what you've already shared with Reflect.

What gets used

• •The season of life you've described
• •A scripture passage from our curated pool (chosen by us; never re-written by AI)

What we promise

• •Your words are encrypted on our server
• •Claude doesn't train on what you send
• •We don't sell or share your content

This is a tool to help your reflection — not a substitute for prayer, Scripture, or a pastor. If a reflection ever feels off, flag it. We read every flag.

Your words are between you and God. The server reads them only to build tomorrow's reflection.

If you'd rather not, you can still read general reflections — just without your personal context shaping them.
